Revd Canon Matthew Hagan MBE, DL Revd Canon Matthew Hagan MBE has been appointed as Deputy Lieutenant for County Tyrone. He is Rector of Brackaville, Donaghendry and Ballyclog Group of Parishes as well as Rural Dean of Dungannon and Chaplain for the Southern Area Hospice Newry.
